This is where you will fill out a tattoo request.

Not all tattoo booking requests get accepted, at this time

If your artist accepts your booking request, they will set up a tattoo consultation. At the consultation you will both go over ideas, art references, placement, size & design. 

From there you put down a deposit ($200, that will cover the last hour of your tattoo) and get booked on the calendar. All deposits are non-refundable. We require a 7 day notice for rescheduling. After the second reschedule you will lose your deposit.
