This is where you will fill out a tattoo request...

From here we will set up a consultation with your artist. At the consultation you will both go over ideas, art references, placement, size & design. 

if you decide to book, you will put down a deposit ($200, that will cover the last hour of your tattoo) and get booked on the calendar. All deposits are non-refundable. We require a 7-day notice for rescheduling. Anything after the 7-day period could result in a loss of desposit.
