This is where you will fill out a tattoo request.

If your artist accepts your booking request, they will request a tattoo consultation. At the consultation you will both go over ideas, art references, placement, size & design. 

From there you put down a deposit ($250, that will cover the last hour of your tattoo) and get booked on the calendar. All deposits are non-refundable. We require a 7-day notice for rescheduling.

A reschedule could result in a loss of your deposit.
